RETURN POLICY L & S Distribution Company wants you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there are circumstances that warrant a return. Please read the following terms carefully. PRODUCT IMAGES Product images may be adjusted for the sole purpose of enhancing image quality but will never be manipulated to change the appearance of the product. In all cases the images shown on a product page are for display only and do not constitute a description of the item that will be received. Often times additional products will be displayed to show the context of an item. Please read the product description carefully to fully understand the contents and attributes of an item. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the original shipping charges to cover the fees assessed to L & S Distribution Company by USPS for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid. All shipping guarantees are made by the carriers themselves. L & S Distribution Company does not guarantee any shipping dates. If you select a guaranteed shipping method and your package does not arrive when guaranteed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to determine if you are eligible for a shipping refund. Carrier guarantees do not apply in inclement weather, etc. Please visit the carrier's website (i.e., USPS.com) for complete details. SHIPPING CHARGES You will be charged the exact amount shown in your shopping cart. For some orders (including orders that exceed a certain weight) you may need to place your order via phone in order for us to custom quote your shipping charges. L & S Distribution Company does not make any money on our shipping charges. In most cases we subsidize some of the shipping costs to keep your delivered price as low as possible. TIMEFRAME L & S Distribution Company will, unless otherwise noted, ship your order within 3 business days (Mon-Fri). If we cannot ship your order within 3 business day we will make a reasonable effort to contact you with the email address and/or phone number provided. STORE POLICY ORDER METHODS You may order from L & S Distribution Company via online shopping cart or via phone. We prefer you order online as it is much easier for us and for you. To order by phone please call (877) 662-8855. To order via shopping cart please add items to your cart and proceed through the shopping cart checkout. PROCESSING ORDERS If you complete the checkout process on an order we will consider that you fully intend to proceed with that order. We will begin to process your order immediately. Please do all of the research and ask all of the questions you need before you order! RECEIPT A receipt will be emailed to you after your order is processed. A packing slip will be included with most orders. ORDER NOTIFICATION You will be immediately notified via email or phone if L & S Distribution Company cannot, for any reason, process your order. CANCELLING ORDERS L & S Distribution Company processes orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order please do so immediately via email and phone. We may or may not be able to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped then it may only be returned as subject to our return policy. PAYMENT METHODS L & S Distribution Company accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. RETURNS You may return any unopened product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returned items must be received by L & S Distribution Company in new and unopened condition. All approved returns will be refunded 100% of the purchase price of the unit unless a restocking fee has been assessed. However, you will not be reimbursed for any shipping or handling charges. If L & S Distribution Company shipped the item(s) to you at no cost (Free Shipping) and you return that item(s) for a refund, the original shipping costs incurred by L & S Distribution Company will be deducted from your return amount. We will cover the cost of the return shipping only when we send the same item as a replacement for a defective product. Items that are returned and are non-saleable due to use, damage or missing product will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. L & S Distribution Company reserves the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee if needed. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN If you have any questions about making a return please contact L & S Distribution Company. All returns must be shipped to: L & S Distribution Company P.O Box 1117 Madera, CA. 93639 The following information must be included with your return. Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number and Reason for Return. If you return an item to us and your return does not meet our return policies, your return will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.
